1)ສັງເກດຕິດຕາມສະພາບອາກາດ, ວັດແທກ, ເກັບກຳ, ສັງລວມ ແລະ ລາຍງານຂໍ້ມູນອຸຕຸນິຍົມ ໃຫ້ສູນກາງ ແລະ ທ້ອງຖີ່ນ

2)ສະໜອງຂໍ້ມູນອຸຕຸນິຍົມໃຫ້ບັນດາໂຄງການພັດທະນາຕ່າງໆພາບໃນແຂວງ

3)ເຜີຍແຜ່ແຈ້ງເຕືອນພະຍາກອນອາກາດໃຫ້ບັນດາອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ ແລະ ອອກສູ່ສັງຄົມ

4)ສ້າງ ແລະ ປັບປຸງຖານຂໍ້ມູນດ້ານອຸຕຸນິຍົມໃຫ້ເປັນລະບົບ

5)ຄົ້ນຄວ້ານຳສະເໜີ ກໍ່ສ້າງ, ປັບປຸງ, ຍົກລະດັບຕາໜ່າງ ອຸຕຸນິຍົມໃຫ້ທົ່ວເຖີງ

    Meteorology

  1.      Observe and monitor closely weather situation by measurement, collecting, and reporting to  national                  weather forecasting center

  2.      Provide official data and information to development projects

  3.      Disseminate and expand weather forecasting for public 

  4.      Establish and improve meteorology database

  5.      Upgrade existing stations and expand new stations

3.2. ອຸນຫະພູມສະເລ່ຍ ແຕ່ປີ 2005-2018 (Mean Temperature 2005-2018)

3.3.  ຄວາມຊຸ່ມສະເລ່ຍ ແຕ່ປີ 2005-2018 (Mean Humidity 2005-2018)

3.4.  ຄວາມກົດດັນອາກາດ ສະເລ່ຍ ແຕ່ປີ 2005-2018 (Mean Pressure 2005-2018)

3.5.  ໄລຍະເວລາທີ່ມີແສງແດດ ແຕ່ປີ 2005-2018 (Sunshine Duration 2005-2018)
